Villa Les Pells is a beautiful, well designed and spacious 3 bedroom villa, a short drive from the facilities of Pollensa. The house has an impressive pool area, lawned garden and BBQ, and is built in traditional stone with beamed ceilings and stylish decor. The location is great too - Pollensa Old Town is within easy reach as are the beaches and amenities of both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. An all-round great choice! WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are included.

Villa Les Pells is situated in the area of Crestatx, which forms part of the Pollensa countryside. The village has a quaint local church, cafe and small square courtyard which comes alive at Easter with fiestas and local celebrations. Although technically part of Pollensa, the nearest established resort is Alcudia, which is around a 15 minute drive away. Here you'll find a choice of both stylish and more traditional restaurants and shops as well as a beautiful sandy beach. But the facilities of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are also within a short drive. Villa La Boveda is next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
