Villa Bini Anna is a stunning villa in the picturesque resort of Binibeca. It has 3 bedrooms and a large upper terrace with distant sea views over the neighbouring rooftops. The pool area is spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying long sunny days. The shops and restaurants in Binibeca are around a 5 minute walk away, with a selection of excellent beaches a little further on. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Bini Anna is set on a generously sized plot close to the village of Binibeca Vell, around a 5 minute walk from a selection of shops and places to eat, as well as a viewpoint overlooking the sparkling sea. Binibeca Beach is just over 15 minutes’ walk from the villa, while Binisufller Beach, a pretty sandy cove, is around a 20 minute walk. The nearby village of Sant Lluis is about a 10 minute drive away, offering local markets and tapas bars for a taste of traditional Spanish life.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
