Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Arties, a stunning mountain themed apartment located in the desirable neighborhood of Almagro in Madrid. This elegant neighborhood has plenty of upscale restaurants, art galleries, and terraces to take in the sights and smells of Madrid. With 140 square meters of space, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and stylish stay in the city.

The apartment features three queen size beds and one single bed, making it perfect for a family or group of friends. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. A second bedroom has a dedicated workstation for both comfort and utility. The other two bedrooms are cozy with their mountain interiors. One of the other bathrooms has a grandeur tub for soaking, and the added half bathroom ensures no waiting for guests.

The large living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With a dedicated workstation and a dining table, you can easily catch up on work or enjoy a meal with friends and family. The textured wall mixed with the wooden furniture brings serenity to the space in total mountain fashion. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The apartment also features a doorman for added security and peace of mind. And with a mountain design theme throughout the apartment, you'll feel like you're in your own private retreat in the heart of the city. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
