Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Zafra is a beautiful, one bedroom apartment in Goya, Madrid. This upscale neighborhood is famous for boutique shopping and classy nightclubs. The apartment is also a short walk from the spectacular Retiro Park, perfect for sightseeing, or a relaxed afternoon stroll.

The open, living and dining area immediately stands out for its wonderful decoration, and classy furniture. The tiling, and different wooden styles on show, help to create a rustic, grassland feel. Ideal for relaxing in, or entertaining guests. The stunning, spacious kitchen continues the rustic feel, but is recently renovated with modern fittings and appliances, a lovely blend of aesthetics and convenience.

The bedroom is a large, double room, and is fully furnished, with plenty of built-in wardrobe space. There is also a dedicated workstation, and the decor creates a calming environnment, whether working or sleeping. The stylish bathroom is fully equipped, and complete with a gorgeous, marble, walk-in shower.

With so much to see and do in Madrid, it’s important to have the perfect escape to come home to. Fortunately, Zafra does not disappoint. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
