Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Gerri is a stunning apartment in the charming neighborhood of Ríos Rosas in Madrid. This area is known for its lively atmosphere, cultural landmarks, and incredible food scene. After a day out enjoying the best Madrid has to offer, come home to the perfect apartment.

Step into the open plan kitchen, living, and dining areas, and immediately feel at home. The space is bathed in natural light and exudes a warm and welcoming vibe. The decor is a stylish, rustic take on our mountain theme, with tasteful touches that give the space a unique, sophisticated feel. The kitchen has modern fittings, and the large breakfast bar completes the look, helping make Gerri as functional as it is attractive.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, both beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and a large workstation by the window. Both bathrooms are sleek and modern. The true gem of Gerri is its terrace. Boasting both dining, and lounge seating areas, it provides a tranquil outdoor oasis where you can relax and take in the stunning views of the city.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
