The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest bathroom on this level. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms: one with a French bed (150 cm, 190 cm length), an en-suite bathroom with air conditioning, and two rooms each with two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length) and fans.
