In addition, in the outdoor area there is Wi-Fi, a grassy area and tropical plants and a community pool. Throughout the apartment and the bedrooms there are wardrobes, air conditioning, dishwasher, color TV with remote control; American Bar; kitchen with complete utensils and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. The bedrooms have a wardrobe, bedding; with iron and board; and in general decorated and prepared to live comfortably. It includes linen and towels. Gated community with access by automatic barrier control. There is direct access to the beach, which can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes.
