Villa

In view of the Covid-19 situation our villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every arrival of new guests.
This completely new, Fully airconditioned villa was constructed especially to use as a holiday villa. The house is very comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upon entering the house there is a comfortable living room with tv and dvd/cp player. The open kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and the terrace and pool outside. There is one bedroom and one bathroom with shower downstairs and on the first floor we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms all air conditioned. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool. There are 2 double beds, a queen-sized bed and two single beds. The villa is well equipped and stylishly decorated in a natural way. Outside there is a nice terrace accessible through glass sliding doors from the living room , there is a large pool which can be overseen from the house and the terrace. The plot behind the pool is a green zone with lots of trees.

There are several supermarkets and stores just a few minutes away and the beach and town centre of Sant Feliu de Guixols is less than 10 minutes away by car. The luxurious golf course of Santa Cristina, Costa Brava Golf is also just a few minutes away. Easily accessible from the highway but located in a very quiet urbanisation.
This holiday villa is perfect for larger families or two families sharing a house but also for smaller groups looking for some peace and quiet away from it all but near beaches and town centre.
