Villa Arancio is an inviting property in a superb spot just 3 minutes' walk from the stunning beach of Santa Maria del Focallo. The villa captures a relaxing feel with a private pool, covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a brick BBQ to enjoy alfresco meals and sunsets each evening. Set in the heart of the Val di Noto, you're only 10 minutes' walk to restaurants and local shop, and there are numerous charming historical towns within short distance too. The delightful town of Ispica is under 20 minutes' drive away and the picturesque coastal town of Marzamemi is only a 30 minute drive. WiFi, air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Arancio has the enviable position of being only 3 minutes' walk from the stunning golden coastline of Santa Maria del Focallo. The attractive, long beach with crystal clear waters is surrounded by picturesque sand dunes and has some lidos and restaurants with stunning sea views. If culture is on your agenda, the historical city of Ragusa Ibla is 45 minutes' drive away or why not visit the Baroque towns of Noto, Scicli and Modica, all within 35 minutes' drive from the villa. With beautiful architecture and a great selection of restaurants and local bars to try, they’re not to be missed.
