Villa Belen is located in the bustling resort of Calan Bosch, just a short walk from the iconic lighthouse restaurant. The vibrant Marina, with its fantastic choice of waterfront eateries, and the resort’s 2 sandy beaches can also be reached within 20 minutes on foot or just a few minutes by car. This stylish 3 bedroomed villa with private pool is comfortably finished and is the perfect base to relax with a great choice of amenities close by.  Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Belen is located in the sought after resort of Calan Bosch, in the residential area known as Cap D'Artrux. Life in this stylish resort revolves around its lively marina where there are a good selection of shops and restaurants. The marina is around 20 minutes' walk from the villa, where you’ll also find one of two sandy beaches in the resort. The Cap D'Artruxlighthouse restaurant is perched on the seafront and can be reached via a stunning 10 minute coastal walk. The historic old city of Ciutadella, is also just a 20 minutes drive away, with beautiful Spanish architecture, cobbled streets and it’schic shops, bars and restaurants.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
