Sea Breeze Apartment is a modern 2nd floor apartment located in one of the most beautiful suburbs of the Athenian Riviera, Vouliagmeni! The three most beautiful beaches of Athens are spread out at your feet and combined with the green landscape will offer you moments of relaxation escaping from the vibrant Athenian life!

The space
Modern decoration with an open plan living and dining room, a functional fully equipped kitchen to cover all your daily needs, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located in close proximity to the beaches of Astera, Akti Vouliagmeni and Zen Beach as well as the city center with easy access to wherever you need to be. Within walking distance you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, pharmacy as well as the local stores to do your shopping.
Do not miss to visit Lake Vouliagmeni as it will offer you a unique experience of relaxation and well-being by swimming in its healing waters!

No key is required for the main entrance of the building. The elevator is located at the back of the property to your left. Go up to the 2nd floor and turn left. You will find the key box on the wall next to the door The door bell says ΣΑΡΡΗΣ. Enter the code and retrieve the keys. The keys will be left in the key box before your check-in.

During your Stay

Place the electricity card into the slot located under the electricity board.
For hot water please push up the 2nd switch on the 2nd row of the electricity board, that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
To open the drawers next to the double bed, push lightly and the mechanism will unlock.
To turn on the lamp in the entrance, turn the twice clockwise. To turn off, repeat the procedure.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
