This furnished apartment is located in Charlottenburg, which is set within the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in Berlin's inner city. This elegant neighborhood is known for its historic architecture and high-end shopping scene, and there's no shortage of things to see and do nearby. Charlottenburg Palace, a Baroque castle that is now a museum, is worth a visit. Other neighborhood highlights include the Deutsche Oper Berlin and Schaubühne, a three-stage Modernist theater designed by Erich Mendelsohn. There's also the lovely Forst Grunewald, a vast greenspace located along the western border of the neighborhood. Charlottenburg is served by several U-Bahn and bus lines.

A security deposit of €4330 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.

Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year.
