Apartment Limonera is a cosy duplex apartment for up to 4 guests set on a small complex with a private decked terrace and direct access to the communal pool and garden. Located in the quiet residential area of Llenaire, on the outskirts of Port de Pollenca, the apartment is less than a five minute walk to the long stretch of sandy beach and crystal clear waters of Pollenca Bay. Inside, is set over two floors with a spiral staircase leading up to the 2 air conditioned bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a balcony on this level overlooking the pool and garden. The ground floor comprises a handy cloakroom (w/c) and an open plan living space with a lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Glass doors allow plenty of natural light and open out to a private area furnished with 2 sun loungers and a dining table enclosed with a small hedgerow. In addition to the beautiful sandy beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby and a 20 minute stroll along the promenade will take you to the main town of Port de Pollenca. Limonera is a great choice for a small family or a couple seeking a relaxing, sun-filled holiday close to the beach and Port de Pollenca!

• Communal Areas: Swimming pool (6 x 3 meters - depth: 0.5 to 2.0 m) with ladder entry and poolside shower surrounded by a lawn. The pool is open from 26/03 to 28/10.

• This accommodation does not accept groups of young people
• Events/parties are not allowed
