This beautiful property is prepared to receive groups of friends and families, comes fully equipped to meet all your needs and consists of:

BEDROOMS
- 2 Bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. All mattresses and linen are comfortable and of great quality. Both bedrooms have a closet, for you to store your clothing conveniently.

BATHROOM
- 1 full bathroom, with a bathtub, a large mirror, a bidet and a toilet. Quality towels are provided for every guest, for a more pleasant stay.

LIVING AREA
- A beautiful and spacious living room, perfect to wind off after a long day in the nearby beaches. It's equipped with a comfortable sofa and Cable TV.
- In the living room you'll also find the dining table, with seating for 4, near a big glass sliding door where you access the magnificent balcony, thus bathing the area with a lot of natural light.

KITCHEN
- A kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay, such as a stove and an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a toaster a Nespresso Capsule Machine and all the utensils you'll need!
- In the kitchen, you have another big glass sliding door accessing the balcony, which makes the whole kitchen very bright.

BALCONY
- A private and sunny balcony with outdoor furnishing. Have your meals or a glass of wine outside and enjoy the Portuguese breeze!

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Guests have access to the sports fields and gym behind the property building, by paying a daily fee at the reception of the gym.
- The apartment is only a 10 minute drive form the beach. If you prefer, you may take a short walk to the beach, through the beautiful dunar landscape that surrounds the area.

We kindly ask you to be kind to your neighbors and avoid making noise after 22h, as this is a residential building. Note that noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal.
Additionally, pets are not allowed.
