Villa Delfini 5 is a stunning property, nestled amongst neighbouring villas and boasting a beautiful poolside terrace. Enclosed by a white-washed wall and dotted with Mediterranean shrubs, the terrace provides the ideal spot for relaxing and sunbathing in style. 
Patio doors lead from the terrace to the open-plan living and dining area, where air conditioning will keep you cool away from the midday sun. The kitchen area leads straight onto the patio, making this space ideal for cooking up a storm, ready to serve on the sun-kissed terrace. Upstairs we find three bedrooms, one master double and two twin rooms. There's also a family bathroom on the first floor.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There ar 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and the family bathroom door is 75cm wide.
