Villa Katerina 53 is located within the Pernera area of Protaras, where you'll find an array of shops, international cuisine, traditional tavernas and sandy beaches. If you love a day at the beach then Protaras is ideal, as beaches offer water sports and cafe bars for the ideal day spent soaking up the sun. Alternatively, Villa Katerina 53 boasts a beautiful sun terrace with shaded spots and an outdoor seating area. The 7x3m pool with mosaic steps is ideal for cooling off from the midday sun, whilst aspiring chefs can make use of the large brick-built BBQ for cooking up some culinary delights alfresco style. Boasting countryside views and Mediterranean palm trees, this beautiful terrace is the ideal spot for relaxing in style.

Inside, an open-plan living space boasts much-needed air conditioning and a smart TV, ideal for staying entertained whilst on holiday. The dining area opens up into the modern kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, dishwasher and patio doors leading to the terrace. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a master double with ensuite and two rooms sharing a separate family bathroom. 

Important Information - There is a low wall of 74cm on the ground-floor terrace, which is located at the front of the property, there is also a horizontal ladder-effect style railing within the property ground-floor stairs. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, and please discourage climbing the railings.

Whilst this villa is individual in location, the interiors and layout are similar to neighbouring villas on this complex. We may move your booking to another villa on this complex, which is of the same or upgraded standard. We will always make you aware of this change beforehand.

A pop up bed is provided for the 7th guest.
