The entrance to each villa is located on the second level, while the first level provides access to the surrounding areas. In addition to a public open space, the villas feature large indoor open spaces (terraces) and an open space exclusive to each villa (a courtyard or garden), allowing for direct contact with the natural environment.

The Neapoli Villas are an ideal location to unwind and explore the beauty of the area with family and friends throughout the year. The house comprises three levels with a total area of 93.19 sq.m. The first level features a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, which opens up to a private patio and landscaped garden. The main living room, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen are located on the middle level, along with another bathroom. This living room opens up to a balcony. The spacious mezzanine, overlooking the living room, serves as the second bedroom. The house is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. All levels provide a magnificent sea view, while the house has exclusive use of 161.62 sq.m. garden.



The check-in policy is from 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is 11:00 am. The villas offer a wide range of amenities, including high-speed internet access, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, and a terrace. Additionally, guests are welcomed with a house wine and fruit basket upon arrival, and beach towels, bath amenities, and guest laundry services are available.
