The cosy lounge is comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen/dining area is open plan, fully fitted and leads via patio doors to the garden and pool.

Ground floor

An enclosed room just off the kitchen with two single beds and ensuite shower room. This room has also has a separate entrance.



First floor

Master bedroom: double bed with ensuite, stairs to the roof terrace.

3rd bedroom: double bed

4th bedroom: one single bed with a possibility to slide out to make a king-size bed (for kids), exit to a private terrace.

The four bathrooms are all modern and well-appointed.

Downstairs

The bedroom downstairs has an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional family bathroom.

Upstairs

The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

This property also offers 2 balconies leading off 2 of the bedrooms, one of which is rooftop and has stunning 360-degree views. The pool is completely private and has sunbeds along with an outside dining area, separate seating area and BBQ for al fresco dining!

The ocean, the typical cliffs and the centre of Carvoeiro are within a 12-minute walk. in the vicinity. Within a couple of minutes, you walk to the centre of this lively village. In summer there always is live music at the square. Really a great destination to spend your holidays! At 300m you will find the very good L´Orange Restaurant and the Vila Nova Restaurant is also nearby.
