Casa Luzia is a countryside villa in a hamlet called Monte Boi, between Messines and Silves. This villa in the Algarve has a main house with 2 floors(levels) and annexe, ideal for families and friends. Villa Luzia is a modern villa with private pool and garden. The view is magnificent, and you must experience this to believe!



The space



The kitchen, dining and lounge is an open plan. Large, bright space, with doors open to a covered terrace.

The kitchen of the villa is very well equipped, so if you like cooking during your holiday in the Algarve, this is not a problem.



8 persons, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms



Bedrooms



Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Ideal for a family with children. The master bedroom has entrance to the garden.



On ground level is the 3rd bedroom en-suite.



All beds are single beds, which can be joined.



Annex



About 20 meters from the main house is an annex with kitchenette, dining and lounge area. The lounge sofa can be made up as a bed, if a family would prefer to sleep together. Upstairs is a bathroom and twin bedroom.



Outside



Casa Luzia has a private pool and garden. All very well maintained. The garden of the modern villa is fenced and private. Plus the terrace between pool and house has a gate. A nice wooden deck with ample sun loungers and a BBQ area. Near the main house is a covered area with a dining table and chairs. From the terrace, you have this magnificent, lush view towards the coast. Can you imagine having your dinner or drink while watching the sunset from your private terrace?!



Surroundings



The modern Casa Luzia is located in a traditional little, quiet village called Monte Boi. Close to market town Messines which is a few minutes’ drive away. In Messines, you can find all the amenities you need. Historic, fairytale town Silves is a little 15 minutes drive. Here you find plenty of terraces, bars and restaurants, some have live music.



Beaches Algarve



Your holiday in the Algarve is not complete without visiting the beaches in the Algarve. Although Villa Messines is located inland, it is not far from the renowned beaches Algarve, and popular places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro.



A nice wide stretched sandy beach is Armacao de Pera, only 20 minutes drive away.
