The house is surrounded by a beautiful lemon garden equipped with tables and chairs where you can enjoy your summer evening .Domus Maresca is composed of an entrance with an open space in the kitchen/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with air conditioning. Going up about 30 external steps, you reach the second bedroom with air conditioning and partial sea view with ensuite bathroom. The property has a private parking and nice garden with scented plants and a lot of trees.Domus Maresca is located in a strategic position from where within a long walking distance you can reach the beaches where you can find private bathing establishments equipped to spend a nice relaxing day at the sea. Domus Maresca is the perfect spot for those who wants to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, the Isle of Capri that we suggest to visit booking a private boat trip or the Amalfi Coast with its picturesque villages of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.Important informations:Rental Rules:A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation.
