Located on the first floor overlooking the communal pool, it has views out over the olive groves and limited sea views from the lounge breakfast balcony, and good sea views from the bedroom. Decorated in a contemporary style Marina apartment will accommodate up to 3 guests with the use of the sofa bed in the lounge, is fully air conditioned, and has free Wifi. Ample parking is available on the street outside the complex.
The complex is within a 2 minute easy walk to the Old Town, shops, bars, harbour and Kalkan’s many restaurants. No need for taxis in or out of town. The is a very popular complex, and the apartment gets booked up quick!

This is a bright airy good size double bedroom with two balconies and a modern ensuite shower room with a glass shower screen and rain forest shower.
