The first-floor, sea-view apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people and enjoys a pretty, covered terrace with views of the sea. Complete with a small dining table and chairs, this is the ideal place to watch the sunset with an aperitif at the end of the day.

Inside the airy, open-plan living space is furnished with two single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage and a small dining table for four. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, oven and fridge freezer.

Bedroom: The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and benefits from a large window that overlooks the surrounding rooftops.

Extra: There are two single sofa-beds in the living room.

Location

Bilo Brezza Marina is located in Porto San Paolo, in a Marine Protected Area. The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara, which dominates the coastal landscape. Porto San Paolo centers around a small marina where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and bars here. There are a number of beaches nearby that are accessible by foot and great places for snorkelling.

Two of northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are also within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive). There are also many sporting activities nearby including surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away.
