A quality holiday townhouse with really nice views and a cosy 50m2 terrace accessible both from the living room and the kitchen. The terrace to east facing the mountains but also with view to south with sea view. It is located near La Noria golf course and also a driving range. Communal swimming pool with additional small pool for the children. A small outside playground and a small outside gym nearby the pool area is also offered during the stay. This is a great location for holidays!

This house also have an additional outside space by the entrance facing west that can be used for relaxing in the afternoon sun. This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located at the entrance floor. The living room, terrace, kitchen and a play room are located at the lower floor.
