Sweet Villa Lapa is an ideal getaway for a holiday on the sunny island of Lanzarote. Located within the Los Pocillos area of Purto del Carmen, this beautiful quaint villa is an astonishing 1 minute's walk to the nearby sandy beaches of this popular resort, as well as a stones throw from nearby supermarkets, traditional restaurants and a small shopping arcade. Alternatively, if you're looking for adventure, the local 18-hole golf course, water park and zoo are all just a 5-minute drive away. Ideal for families and couples alike, Puerto del Carmen has something to offer for all generations. 
If you fancy a day by the pool then look no further, as Villa Lapa features a private heated* pool, with complimentary heating November - April. With plenty of sun loungers and alfresco dining, this sunny spot outdoors is ideal for relaxing in style. Patio doors lead from the terrace to the indoors, where you'll be greeted by an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This cosy space is neutral in decor, with white-washed walls, cream furnishings and bohemian-style rugs. A large flat-screen TV is ideal for a movie night in, whilst an indoor dining table provides a cool spot for a light lunch away from the midday sun. Around the corner a quaint kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. This ground floor property also features three bedrooms, one is the master double with shower ensuite, whilst the remaining twin rooms share a large shower room complete with rainfall shower. 

To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm. The front door has a width of 87cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has step access with five steps and a lip around the pool edge of approximately 7cm. This is a ground floor property. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 67cm wide. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 87cm whilst the door into the lounge is 87cm.
