Villa Estefania with a private pool is set in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley yet ideally located just a short drive (10 minutes) to old town Pollenca and the sandy beaches of the east coast (15/20 mins). This charming restored family home dating back to the eighteenth century sleeps up to 8 people with complimentary air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. Built on two floors, this stone clad farmhouse has many traditional features, like inner stone walls and terracotta tiles and is comfortably furnished throughout. From the front covered terrace, original Mallorca wooden double doors open into the large hallway, to the left is a lounge with seating area, traditional stone banks, flat-screen and satellite TV and a dining room with nice views of the garden and swimming pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a door that leads to the covered barbecue area and a utility room with a washing machine. To the right of the entrance, an inner stone archway leads to one twin bedroom with an adjacent large shower room. The main stairway leads up to a galleried landing and onto the master twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and direct access to a private sun terrace. Two further attractive twin bedrooms, both with doors leading to to a second sun terrace share a family bathroom. From the terraces there are wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Outside, will not disappoint as there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, lawn areas and table tennis for children to play and a large oval shaped swimming pool with Roman steps to the crystal clear water as well as a handy poolside shower. Loungers are provided and a shaded sun terrace is an ideal area for afternoon siestas and total relaxation. To the rear of the house is an impressive covered dining terrace with a solid oak "banquet" dining table seating 8 persons, a place to enjoy meals alfresco cooked on the barbecue.
