In winter, the cross-country ski run is only 50 meters from the apartment, so you can practically leave the residence with your skis. The region offers beautiful hiking and cycling routes, as well as various sights such as the Krimml Waterfalls, just a 15-minute drive from the apartment. The Wildkogel Arena, located between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Tauernkam, offers skiers and snowboarders nearly 75 km of slopes and excellent conditions for an unforgettable winter sports holiday. Guests also have free access to the Kristallbad, which is located across the street. Don't feel like cooking? Then use the restaurant in the apartment complex, with authentic Austrian cuisine. A ski bus stops almost directly in front of the door (20m walk)
