Located in the Croatian Village of Đuba, just 150 meters from the sea, this airy, first-floor apartment comfortably sleeps 6. The property is surrounded by nature with views across the forest, out to the beach and beyond. A sunny terrace is accessible through large glass sliding doors from both the living room and kitchen/dining area. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, awning, dining table for 6 and an occasional table and chairs, providing the perfect spot for dining alfresco, enjoying an aperitif or simply soaking up the sun.

Inside, the apartment enjoys air conditioning. The open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a large dining table and 6 chairs, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine. This area flows through to a comfortable living space with a wall-mounted satellite TV, coffee table and double sofa bed. The property is fitted with a cool, practical tiled floor throughout.

Bedroom 1: Furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large, fitted wardrobe, sofa, dressing table and chest of drawers.

Please note that bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels (three per person) are changed every third day. Shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, tablecloths and tea towels are all provided.

Location

The village of Duba is 4 km from the town of Umag, a small, family-friendly holiday resort with a pebble beach equipped with child-friendly facilities. Here guests can organise many different sporting activities including; diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, bicycle hire, hiking, horse-riding, minigolf, paragliding, mountain bike routes, beach volleyball and tennis. The ATP tennis tournament, The Croatian Open takes place in Umag every July.

There is also a children\'s playground, outdoor swimming pool, waterpark, indoor aquatic centre, wellness and fitness centre, and an 18-hole golf course (10 km away). Umag’s attractive old town is situated on a peninsula with narrow streets, cafes and restaurants. The resort is a 30 km drive from Porec, a 60 km drive from Rovinj and a 93 km drive from Pula. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, an 83 km drive from the accommodation.
