Charming views across the tops of olive trees to the glittering Ionian Sea are yours to enjoy from this comfortable, contemporary and thoughtfully designed property sitting in a gently elevated position within easy reach of several of Kefalonia’s most attractive beaches, many good tavernas and the island’s lively capital Argostoli.
A combination of panoramic windows and large, sliding glass doors ensures the interior remains bright and welcoming, the palpable sense of space further enhanced by an impressive vaulted beamed ceiling in the living area. Furnishings, fabrics, fixtures and fittings are all stylish, tastefully chosen and perfectly colour-coordinated around a soothing palette of taupe, beige and pale magnolia.

Ensuring parity for sharing parties the equally attractive bedrooms are both en suite and have independent access directly to the pool terrace, their placement on opposing sides of the central living area bringing an added degree of privacy.

A predominantly West facing aspect keeps the private pool basking in sunshine all day long and allows the adjacent terrace to offer front row seats for those spectacular Mediterranean sunsets.

For everyday necessities there is a minimarket conveniently within 500m or it is 1.5km (about a 5 minute drive) to Svoronata, a quintessential Greek village with a pair of well stocked minimarkets and a couple of laid-back, family-run tavernas amongst other amenities. A kilometre or so further brings you to the sandy beach of Ammes, one of several easily reached within a 15 minute drive of the property and which include the particularly family-friendly beaches of Ai Helis & Avithos (the latter home to a popular beach bar and an even more popular taverna just above!).

Lassi (6.5km) and, of course, the capital, Argostoli (13km) offer a further wealth of holiday diversions including numerous shops, bars and a comprehensive selection of restaurants ranging from casual to fine-dining.

Near-identical sister property Chrysa can be found in its own private grounds a little further along from Eirini. Both properties rented together would be a good choice for a larger party or even two independent families as everyone could be within easy distance of each other while at the same time fully retain their individual space and privacy.
