The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.Terra Histria - Boutique Stone House is located in the inland of northern Istria whose story is based on colours of Istria ... grey and white. Designing and decorating of our accommodation is based on these colours. This high category property consists of 2 small houses ( each of them 60 m2 of living area and for 2 people ) ...total capacity of 4 people is ideal for stay of family or 2 couples. The houses are designed in white and grey colours, equipped with designer and quality furniture and each of them consists of a living rooms, a kitchen with dining area, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a terrace.
On our property you can enjoy in a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful preserved landscape.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a filter coffe - machine.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and Wi-Fi internet access.
Each of these 2 houses has a living room, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet and a terrace....in total 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens with dining areas, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 2 terraces.
In the both bedrooms, you will find a king-size bed ( 200x210 )
The first bathroom has a toilet, 2 sinks, walk-in shower and a bath tub.
The second bathroom also has a toilet, 2 sinks a walk-in shower and a bath tub.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Each of these 2 houses has its own terrace.
