Los Lagos 20 is an intimate two-storey holiday accommodation located within the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort. It has a small above the ground private pool, 2 bedrooms and a beautiful private garden.

This private villa has its own style and very comfortable equipment. It has two bedrooms, one of them on the upper floor with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and large windows with access to a terrace with views. The other room on the ground floor has two single beds and another bathroom with bathtub.

The interior of Los Lagos 20 is completed with a modern and bright living room, dining room attached to the kitchen, which is fully equipped. This accommodation has a flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe and a barbecue. Everything to make our guests feel at home!

The outdoors area features a private above the ground swimming pool (heatable surcharge) and a beautiful terrace with a dining room as well as a solarium area with sunloungers. This villa also has access to a wonderful shared swimming pool. Los Lagos 20is a very cozy place to enjoy a well deserved holiday with your family.

Services included in Los Lagos 20 in Salobre

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 500 euros is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR per week per pet (or 100€ for stays under 7 nights per pet)
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
