The terrace is also quite spacious with a nice sitting area and a dining area. Nice open views can be enjoyed on all sides.

The apartment has a washing machine, wifi, air conditioning and private parking for one car.

350 meters (5 minute walk) from the nearest beach and 1.1 km (15 minute walk) from the Palais des Festival, this studio is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Cannes or for attending one of the many congresses at the Palais des Festivals.
