The newly built house has been developed into a fully furnished and equipped summer house that can accommodate up to eighteen people. The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, modern kitchen, washing machine. The spacious terrace of the house is elevated and offers an unobstructed view of the old port. The lounge and dining table which comfortably seats up to 14 people in an ensemble of architectural elegance are ideal for casual or more formal dining and entertaining throughout the day. Guests can relax on the terrace and watch the fishing boats and yachts come and go in the Old Port. Located in the heart of the old port, access to the surrounding restaurants, bars and shops couldn't be easier. Access to Dapia (the main town and port) and other parts of the island is also easy either via the island's coastal road or by water taxi that can pick up visitors.
