Luxury villa Nimai Star with pool in Istria is located in a place called Kaštelir in the northwest of the Istrian peninsula, 121 km away from the city of Porec and about 7 km away from the sea.

This luxury villa was built on a plot with a total surface of 1200 m2 and has a living area of 400 m2. There are two floors mutually interconnected with internal staircase.

Outside of this villa there is a private pool of 66 m2, two outdoor dining tables, a grill and outdoor seating furniture. There are also sun loungers and parasols around the pool and tall mirror panels around the property.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room and two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms.

The first floor of the designer Villa Nimai consists of the remaining three bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with its own exit to the balcony.

This luxury villa is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms. In the villa there is a satellite television in every room, and a free access to WiFi. There are also 5 parking spaces on the property.

The villa is equipped with a 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is suitable for accommodating 10 people.
