This stunning open plan 4 bedroom villa, sleeps up to 8 guests , has a fabulous sunny terrace for eating or relaxing over-looking the private pool with views to the mountain. It also boasts plenty of outdoor space including a bar/BBQ area, table tennis and ample parking.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes drive from the fabulous Arenal beach, perfect for a family break.

As you enter villa there is an open space which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. To the right of the entrance there are two bedrooms and a WC. The master bedroom has its own terrace, a king size double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes with a WC opposite. To the left of the entrance there are another two bedrooms, one has a queen size double bed and built-in wardrobes. It also leads onto the large naya. The other bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. Between these two bedrooms you will find another bathroom.

Minimum 5 nights stay during low and mid season and 7 nights for high season.
