Close to bars and restaurant and an easy 30 minutes walking distance to the marina and nightlife.
On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with capsules coffee machine and the spacious living room fully air conditioned (heat and cold) and dining area for 8 people. Unlimited WiFi, TV with 150 channels.
Access to the terrace area with dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ. It is perfect to relax in the garden and swimming pool.
There is also 1 bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, air conditioning, safe and direct access to the pool area. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
On the first floor of the villa there are the other 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 3: double bed, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, air conditioning. The private bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Surrounding the villa are the swimming pool (8m x 4m) the depth is between 130cm - 210cm, and access is by roman steps, with poolside shower, 8 sun loungers.

On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros
Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
