The space
Our elegant interior design feels serene, relaxing and welcoming. Enter through a courtyard or private garage to your own vacation home and breathe in the seaside air. The living room leads to a large terrace that has a scenic ocean view and outdoor seating, perfect for napping under the stars or enjoying a meal. Balcón del Atlántico has quiet swimming pool area. The place is located less than 10 minutes to el Duque the famous beach! The best jumping off point to explore Tenerife, relax and enjoy. Secured parking lot in front of the house.

The house and everything it comes with is yours to use during your stay. The kitchen and laundry room will be stocked with most anything you may need to prepare a meal or do your laundry. Clean towels and additional beach towels are prepared for you. We have a 50″ smart TV with Netflix and other online services to use. We have superfast 350Mbps Wi-Fi, so streaming movies on multiple devices would not be an issue. Entire home is yours including garage, outdoor patio and pool area.
The third bedroom comes with private bathroom access and a balcony with a sea view and sun beds.
