The privilege of living in my house is to have maximum privacy, although not far from Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Pompei, but above all to live in an environment that perfectly reflects the architectural style Italian of the 70s.
the circular shape of the villa has been designed to increase the positive energies that the natural beauty of the Amalfi coast with the sea and the sun and the rocks naturally develop in these magical places.
Villa Jacono is a charming villa with swimming pool, a jewel of Italian architecture of the '70s, It perfectly preserved architectural structures, especially the design of the floor and the furniture of the 70's, still mentioned in prestigious architectural magazines.
Villa Jacono lies on the Amalfi side of the Sorrento Peninsula. You reach the property via aside road that joins the main Meta–Amalfi road, which connects Sorrento to Positano, and is about 6kms far from both towns.
The structure accommodates up to 10 people, 8+2 people. In the villa (2 extra beds with extra cost in the " fan-shaped" room), has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom ( fan-shaped) with 2 single beds or 1 bed on request double (or 2 comfortable extra beds), for a total of 10 sleeping beds + 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
The extra beds have extra cost.
The villa, swimming pool and garden are in exclusive use.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
(In the high season from June to September, the villa is rented minimum stay 6 nights. In other seasons, minimum stay 4 nights.
The swimming pool is open from April to November.
This is an ideal place for people looking for a relaxing vacation spot on the Amalfi coast. Visit local towns or stay at the villa and enjoy sitting by the poolside while eating and drinking local wines, cheese, gelato and food from the area.
Villa Jacono is close to small villages where you will find general food shops and typical restaurants, serving local dishes. The villa’s location is an excellent starting point for trips to the entire Amalfi coast, Positano, Sorrento peninsula, Capri and Pompei.
Outside the gate of the Villa there is the bus stop, for all locations of the Sorrento-Amalfi Coast. (If you want the car is not necessary). In addition to there is a typical boutiques, 2 bar and a small mini-market.
It’s possible to provide guests the shopping necessities (fruit, wine, breakfast, pizzas etc); required directly to the house and a cook is at disposal to prepare Mediterranean specialties.
