An 18th century VENETIAN STILE VILLA on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno. The apartment is on the third floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 triple, 1 bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living room. It has a heating system and air conditioning (free of charge). Soulér has free access to the house historical garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available. A nice BBQ is also available in the garden. The garden has to be shared with other guests of different apartments in the same house.
