The Agli Ulivi apartment is situated in an area of great tourist interest, in a quiet area sheltered from car traffic, close to the center and the beach of Desenzano del Garda.
The tourist market of Desenzano is held on Tuesday mornings and can be reached on foot in five minutes.
The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with central heating, furnished and recently renovated. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer installed on the wall, a bright and spacious living area consisting of a dining room and lounge with Led Tv with Tv box android (to watch Tv channels around the world, surf the net, play games...), a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave and with induction hob and a room used as a laundry service with washing machine, clotheshorse, ironing board and iron, first aid box; there is a safe box available to guests and a fire extinguisher located in the apartment's central area.
In a double bedroom the bed can be transformed into two single beds and vice versa.
The apartment has a balcony equipped with a tent, tables and chairs for outdoor breakfast, overlooks the green area of the residential complex and is located on the second and last floor of a building of few units.
At each change of guest, the apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure maximum hygiene and bed linen and towels are cleaned by professional laundry.
Parking is free and frontal to the apartment building.
