Peacefully situated in the foothills of Mount Ucka on the Opatija Riviera this spacious villa provides the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The property is immersed in nature and set up for alfresco living. Guests can enjoy the large garden, a heated saltwater swimming pool (with a solar shower), a whirlpool hot tub and a fully furnished sun deck. Perfect for relaxing with an evening drink, the large covered terrace enjoys beautiful views of the sea and is equipped with a BBQ and a large dining table.

Inside, the fully air-conditioned property is tastefully furnished and architecturally designed with large, bright spaces. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, over 3 different levels there is ample space for guests to relax in complete privacy. The ground floor features an airy living and dining area with impressive, high ceilings and direct access to the outside terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. There is an additional living space situated on a spacious gallery overlooking the ground floor. This is furnished with two large comfortable sofas, an armchair and a digital, flat-screen HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, cooker hob, Moka coffee machine and fridge freezer.

Sleeping

The four spacious, ensuite bedrooms are equally split across the two upper levels of the house, the mezzanine and the loft, offering guests complete privacy. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

There are four beautifully tiled, ensuite bathrooms each fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC.

Location

Ičići is a small coastal town, situated on the Opatija Riviera (which stretches from Opatija to Ičići) in one of the most beautiful parts of Kvarner, where the slopes of Ucka reach the sea. The main attraction in Ičići is the beach which is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The Lungo Mare, a 12km long coastal promenade (that begins in Volosko and ends in Lovran) stretches through the town. Ičići is also home to one of the largest ACI marinas in Croatia.

The town is a 5-minute drive from the elegant coastal resort of Opatija, dotted with its 19th Century villas and a 29-minute drive from the beautiful port of Rijeka where visitors can take a ferry to the many islands and medieval towns up and down the Dalmatian Coast. Visitors can also enjoy tennis, volleyball, football, badminton, water polo, hiking, cycling and all types of water sports nearby.
