As you come down the stairs the room opens out to a massive open plan living/dining area with fully fitted kitchen including two fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, oven and integrated microwave, wine/beer fridge, two sinks and plenty of work space. There is a large dining table and comfortable sofa area with Apple television.This large room then opens up to the outside areas which are fantastic. Good sized swimming pool (heated on request), large seating area, built in gas BBQ, sink and dining area. The views again are wonderful and the perfect place to soak up the sun and relax.Also off the living area is a separate WC.The lower level of the house boasts a further seating area with television, utility with washer/dryer and sink and two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, one of which can be a twin or double and the other is a double.
