Outside is a secluded patio terrace where you can unwind in total tranquillity, with a sparkling pool sitting centre stage. The added bonus? The pool is heated from November - April. For tanning spots, you’re spoilt for choice, with loungers on the poolside or on the roof terrace overlooking a sweeping panorama of Callao Salvaje. A brick-built barbecue provides the perfect opportunity to cook alfresco under the sunshine. Why not try grilling some freshly caught seafood or spicy chorizos? Serve up dinner on the table on your private terrace, soaking up the crisp air as you eat.
Set on the picturesque southern tip of Tenerife, Casa Vista Mar is just a short stroll away from the heart of Callao Salvaje. The centre is thriving with life, with a maze of shops, restaurants, and bars. Enrich your taste buds with homemade paellas and seafood platters, hunt for handcrafted souvenirs or taste traditional wines and beers. Even golf lovers are well catered for, with the world-renowned Costa Adeje and Abama golf courses within driving distance. For the beach lovers, the unique black sands at Ajabo beach are just a five-minute walk away, with straw parasols lined against its rocky cliffside.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 106cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst there are a large number of steps to the roof terrace. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor villa, where the master bedroom door is 86cm wide and the shower room door is 60cm wide.
