Beyond the large terrace area is an inviting outdoor pool heated during the winter months and ideal for to all to enjoy, or why not do a spot of sunbathing on the roof terrace whilst enjoying the views. There are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms with ample storage space and tasteful modern décor.
The resort of Caleta de Fuste is popular with young families as the beautiful golden beach has calm, clear, sheltered waters, and there’s a wealth of attractions for all ages. Excellent amenities in the area include the Atlantico shopping centre, multiple restaurants serving international cuisine, and the prestigious championship golf complex. A little further along the coastal road brings you to the island's capital of Puerto del Rosario, boasting two impressive beaches, plenty of shopping and marina-front cafés.

To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access with a handrail fitted. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
