A stone’s throw away from the beautiful marina of Cala en Bosch, this modern villa is a fantastic choice for your Menorcan holiday. Crammed with restaurants offering international cuisine, bars with live music and a selection of boutiques to stroll around, this is definitely the place to be. Two sandy beaches offer fun days out, boat trips to nearby coves and easy access into Ciutadella… this really is a superb location.
Back at the villa, the triangular shaped pool is edged with high walls for privacy with a brick barbecue provided on the terrace when you just want to relax at home. Inside the rooms have been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture to help you feel at home. There are four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities and a separate bathroom for the others to share. The spacious kitchen has large glass doors leading directly onto the terrace making outdoor dining a breeze. A perfect for a summer getaway.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 85cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There are small lips down from the patio doors onto the terrace. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
