Spacious living room with nice sitting area, fire cassette and flat screen TV. Kitchen offer access to the terrace and the heated swimming pool. One bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and adjoining bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and toilet.

First floor: Two spacious bedrooms one with a double bed and the other 2 single beds both with fitted wardrobes. One of the rooms give access to a balcony with view of the surroundings (adjacent green zone). Between the two rooms is a bathroom with double sink, bathtub and toilet.
Terrace: There is a built-in barbecue and the heated swimming pool is illuminated at night and is maintained by professionals. Garden table and chairs are provided, as well as sun loungers.

General: Towels and bed linen are included. The villa has its own parking space accessible by the front door. Smoking is not permitted. No pets allowed. Renting for longer term is possible.
