Apartment

The apartments are located within a newly built residential complex in the town of Orosei (about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which retains a medieval historic center dominated by the ruins of the ancient judicial castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long beach of about 5 km, hosts numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and is located just 3 km from the residence. All apartments are air conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style.

The apartments are spread over two floors (ground and first floor) and have an independent entrance with a covered and equipped balcony or patio. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and 2 joinable single beds, double bedroom (separable beds) and 1 single bed and bathroom.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on the spot, in cash in force in the Municipality of Orosei. The amount may vary depending on the period.

2) DEPOSIT: €150.00 refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception hours, the security deposit will be returned by bank transfer with costs to be paid by the customer (approximately € 5.00).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance. For arrivals after 10.00 pm a supplement of € 20.00 is applied. In case of failure to communicate, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested for late communication of the arrival time.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in Via Emilio Lussu 13 but the reception and swimming pool are located in Via G. Deledda 13 at the Hotel Maria Rosaria about 220m away.

4) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.

Pets (on request only): max 1 pet per apartment (max 10 kg, common areas excluded), € 30.00 for additional cleaning

Crib (children 0–3 years old, on request): € 5.00 per night

Mid-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette): B3–B5 € 40.00 / T6 € 50.00 – days to be agreed on site

Beach towel (rental): € 2.50 per towel; deposit € 20.00 per towel, refundable upon return
