The Cristal Blu residence is located in the historic center of the renowned town of Santa Teresa Gallura. In a quiet location, the property is just a few minutes\' walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, the main square and the small harbour. The lively little square and the characteristic artisan shops in the center make it one of the prettiest and most picturesque places in Sardinia. From the modern tourist port it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of the island of La Maddalena. The town offers a public bus to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata available from mid-June to mid-September, the bus stop is about 500 meters from the property.

The recently renovated residence consists of 21 apartments, spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, furnished in a modern style and arranged around a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bed, ottoman that can be converted into a single bed and bathroom.


There is a public parking area available, which is not located within the property.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, in cash, compulsory for the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura. The amount varies according to the period.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key; in case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.

4) Shared outdoor swimming pool.
