On the same level, separated by a small corridor, there are three spacious double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms with showers. Overall, Forty Pine Trees Cottage can sleep six persons and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday or a short break on Troodos Mountains.



The house is situated on a tranquil hilltop, surrounded by pine trees, is fully equipped and offers a wood burning fireplace, central heating with wall mounted electric elements, BBQ, private driveway, parking, satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet.



Forty Pine Trees is located about 1km from the centre of the village of Platres, near Forest Park Hotel and about 40 minutes' drive from Limassol. A superb location to relax and explore Troodos Maintains with easy access to the ski lifts in the winter or to tour the picturesque wineries and famous monasteries of the region.



Explore the numerous nature trails and visit the Kalidonia and Milomeris Waterfalls, enjoy a fresh trout or souvla in the small traditional taverns, visit Sayous Adventure Park or the Sparti Rope Park suitable for children of all ages. Relax, breath in the fresh mountain air or within 40 minutes' drive to Limassol for a swim in the sea, a gourmet meal or a fancy cocktail.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Access to Forty Pine Trees is easy via asphalted road. However, in the winter months always check the road conditions before traveling, and if the roads are snowed, prefer to arrive from Limassol instead via Troodos.
