Kucha 26b can host up to 7 guests, which offers a pleasant and fenced functional outdoor space for relaxation and a real vacation. Everything is designed for holiday enjoyment, slacking, sunbathing and swimming in the pool. The villa has central underfloor heating and a cooling system. In combination with a fireplace, it is an excellent choice if you are planning a spring or autumn vacation. The town's well-maintained beach is an 8-minute walk away. There are also two parking spaces.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and a common living area with a kitchen and dining area. Traditionally darker and natural colors flow throughout the house and give a sense of familiarity, life and warmth, but in a modern, aesthetic and functional way. In decorating we used natural materials and with the help of craftsmen and fashion designers we produced unique furniture, clean line cushions and various accessories with which all rooms are equipped. There are three more rooms and two bathrooms on the top floor. Every room is a story for itself, be it with a painting or an interior design. From each room there is an open view of the sea and an exit to a covered balcony, where you can comfortably rest in a hammock to witness the magical sunrise.
The covered outdoor kitchen offers the perfect comfort of a true functional kitchen, while a huge wooden oak table, a former "hoblpank" hosts all of you with relaxed and positive energy, recumbent on the soft cushions around it. Socialising is thus mixed with the cooking creativity of individuals and the hedonistic casualness of the eaters. This pleasant outdoor corner overlooking the sea and yoga space gives you a lot of inspiration and fills you with energy.
