Villa Llevant is a newly built modern two story villa constructed in 2018, which is only 400 meters from the beach (Playa Cristal) with mountain and sea views. Villa Llevant has a rooftop terrace area equipped with a bar countertop, fridge , sink, garden lounge sofa, 2 sun loungers and Hot Tub. HOT TUB* comes equipped with a radio,multicolour big light, 35 high pressure jets and temperature control panel.
Each bedroom is fitted with A/C (hot and cold). The downstairs living is very spacious fitted with A/C a flat screen TV, sofa combined lounger, seating for ten people at the dining table , (PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VILLA LLEVANT HAS A/C IN EVERY BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT MOST OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA MIGHT ADVERTISE A/C BUT ONLY HAVE ONE OR MAYBE TWO A/C UNITS IN THE PROPERTY). The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom (shower), balcony , a flat screen TV and extra large kingsize bed 180cm x 200cm. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and come with extra large kingsize beds (180cm wide 200cm long) also fitted are large sliding door wardrobes.The fourth bedroom comes with one bunkbed and a kangaroo bed total capacity for four people each matress is 90cm x 190cm.The ground floor bathrooms comes with a bath tub. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower unit. The modern kitchen has a black granit worktop and comes with all the necessary equipment dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, large combo fridge, microwave ,toaster and electric kettle.All the windows are fitted with electrical aluminium security shutters.
On the pool side patio there is a extra long table and ten chairs to eat ala fresco. Outside beside the private pool is a solar heated shower , BBQ , 5 sun loungers and 2 parasols.
At the back of the house you will find a big trampoline (250cm diameter),big playhouse Feber (203 cm wide and 180 cm high),one Bobby Car and one scooter for small children.
Parking available inside the grounds for three cars Villa Llevantl is less then 20 minute walk to the train station in L'hospitalet de I'nfant. The marina is seven minute walk where there is an excellent choice of restaurants available for all tastes. Shopping is close by in L'hospitalet de l'infant either a ten minute walk or a two minute hop in the car All other facillities are close by.
